This gorgeous cove, just North of San Diego whose name is Spanish for 'the Jewel" is featured in one of the Beach Boys songs 'Surfin' USA". 
It is pronounced 'La Hoya' and is considered one of the prettiest places in California. 
The colour of the sea ranges from turquoise to ultramarine and is completely transparent.
This painting comes unframed in a 5cm wide pale mount.
